• $995 Payable  at the Time of Listing MLS

• We can advise, however, you can decide whatever you want to pay

Package “B”

• $995 Payable at the Time of Listing MLS +

• 0.75% Payable Upon Closing

Flat Fee+ Option to sell Privately (During the currency of the Listing)

• 1%  Payable Upon closing

* Under Listing Package #1, you can list your property up to Four Months, while for other Listing Packages, you can have a MLS listing valid up to a year.
